Dont Ruin the Magic
Don't Ruin the Magic is a stealth game based on the controversial topic around furry conventions, the Idea of "ruining the magic". You play as a con-goer who got lost from their handler and is trying to find a way out of the con, however you're stopped by another fursuiter that tells you that you strictly must not take off your fursuit head, since it also breaks the con's rule of etiquette. Now you traverse the the halls and lobby of "Frosty Floof Con" that albeit its name, is actually set in a very warm location, so now you're juggling between having a heatstroke and not being caught without a head on fundamentally “ruining the magic”.
Don't Ruin the Magic is a game made in one week for the Furry Game Jam 0, which was hosted online via itch.io, Discord and its own website. The team as formed one day prior on the spot and consists of:

Getting caught gets the game stuck, and the Quit button in the main menu does nothing.
The idea is nice, and looking at the world through a fursuit head made me chuckle, but yeah, this is a "at least it runs" kind of game jam entry.
Also add some screenshots, please.

Something is wrong with the game because this game is unrealistically hard to render on my PC.
I couldn't load on webgl (would crash the tab and break webGL for any other process until i restarted my browser) so I downloaded it, and when i run it, my GPU/CPU gets really hot and it runs all my fans at full. I have ryzen 9 processor 3.8GHz 12 core and 16 gbs of ram, I could run monster hunter wild beta test with less overheating issues, so i don't think it's a hardware issue on my end. I'm not a tech person but i think there's a memory leak somewhere
if you can run monster hunter ioknow what you're doing wrong 😭 only things I can say is
A. it only rly runs when downloaded not in browser
B. close other stuff while you run it? I got a potato ass office pc but it still works for me lol
yes it would only work when i downloaded it, and even then it ran my pc hot.
really interesting premise! Liked the convention site and the li'l insiders you hid in the level. ^v^
